Getting started for employees

Fill out the registration form
And that is it; you are good to go further.
STEP 2: ACCOUNT & PROFILE
Setup your profile
Next you finish your Profile. See if anything is missing. Add your photo, telephone number and any other data missing.
STEP 3: ORGANIZE YOUR TIME
Set a hybrid work schedule that works for you
Set up your home office, you can add more of them if you wish. Click on Preferences to set this up. You can also add your preferred working hours for each location. Now you can drag and drop where you will be working from.
Check other members
Go to My connection place and see where your colleagues are working from. You have three different views you can look at - map, location, and weekly view. On the map view for example go to each pin and see who is working where.
Click on a specific person and button "Invite" to invite them to a coffee, lunch, meeting, or even after-work drinks if you are in the same location. Have a look at who is coming to an office tomorrow and see with whom you can hang out.
Get reminders / invitations / profile status
See who invited you, which invitations you have sent out or look at others reminder in a top right corner of our solution.
Give Kudos to a person or a whole team. Let them know you appreciate their work and attitude, celebrate small wins. You can give Kudos publicly and everyone will see them in Culturate channel or privately and only the recipients and you will be able to see it.
