The user interface provides HR standardized reasons for workplace absence, which are either automatically added to the calendar, such as official holidays. Other absences can be added as they are approved by HR.

The team view will show you which location everyone is working from and what their plans are for the near future. This makes scheduling on-site meetings easier. Unlike regular calendars, the Work Schedule calendar view will not reveal any meetings they might have, keeping their business private.
